Happy Three Kings Day from Portugal

We're having a great time in Lisbon!! Check out our photos!

From Honeymoon Portugal

We've spent most of our time in the older quarters near the waterfront, and in the central banking/embassy district where our hotel is. We've been eating great food and taking in the sights. We went to a special dinner at a restaurant that hosted singers of "Fado" music, a beautiful music that ranges from happy to melancholy songs. We have so far postponed our planned tango and Oceanarium activities to Friday, so that we can take a short trip inland to the city of Coimbra, starting tomorrow. We will update the pictures in another day or so.

Happy Three Kings day and thanks to all for your help to us in enjoying this wonderful trip!!

The Wedding Day

The Big Day has finally passed. The wedding was fantastic. The preparations of the final days were hectic and stressful, but it was all successful and worthwhile. The weather was clear for the day before and the day of the ceremony. The ceremony started a bit late but proceeded smoothly. The reception was awesome, with great music and dancing by almost all guests. We did a tango, but our lack of practice and the snug fit of the wedding dress inhibited our movements a bit. Still, it went alright. The family waltz went very well, but the best dancing came with the Pleneros! Let's hear for the bride dancing!

We hope that everyone had as much fun as we did!! Check out the photos!

Lopez-Youngblood Wedding

We would write more, but we're already here in Lisbon enjoying our honeymoon, and everyday we are running around to take in the sites, leaving very little time for blogging. . . .
